3. Build the culture ¬– generating the right group dynamic together with the goals, behaviors and values that characterize the company culture to ensure the optimal utilization, availability and actions to achieve goals
4. Make good decisions ¬– Many problems require solutions/decisions that will end up affecting multiple departments, and only a Leader can make it quick, rational and coupling with the organization objectives
5. Design flexible standards – To be successful, I take a proactive role in driving company's performance. This requires maintaining a keen awareness of the firm’s industry and markets, being in touch with the stakeholders and ensures the proper execution of tasks at any organizational level. As well as providing on time information to facilitate the decision making process. I always have a clear picture of how to fulfill these functions. I prioritize them and find balance when dealing with the onslaught of issues that require analogous attention
